While Phil was in Denver visiting from Atlanta, I took him to Snooze (a yummy restaurant in LoDo) for brunch. (I snapped this pic of him because I said his eyes matched the color of the seat behind him... true, don't you think?)Anyways, we had a delicious breakfast, and shared a pineapple upside-down cake pancake, and YES it was as yummy as you're imagining it right now.
It was great having Phil in town, and I will look forward to seeing him again soon. He's a pretty rad dude if you haven't had the pleasure of meetin' him!
